Refund Policy:

Pre-paid card refunds given only for medical reasons or if client moves away from the area. The amount refunded will be pro-rated based on sessions or classes used at the DROP -IN Price. Exchanges are available for other training services or within the same family.

ROWDIO™ Reservations and Cancellations:

Classes are limited to available seats. ROWDIO™ can be reserved from one hour to one week in advance. Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 hours prior to a class with no penalty.

Walk-ins Welcome!

You can always walk-in without a reservation and pay either the Drop-in rate or use a prepaid card.

Note if signing up for ROWDIO™ it is better to have a reservation to guarantee an ERG is available!

Purchasing & Setting up an Account:

You are welcome to pay when you arrive at the studio. We encourage you to use our online registration system --- an easy way for you to pre-pay for single session or pay for multiple sessions at a discounted price. Once you have established a log-in and password, you can easily:

1. Pay for one or more sessions.
2. Reserve a class spot up to one full week in advance.
3. Cancel classes up to 2 hours in advance with no penalty.
4. View the class schedules and learn about the instructors.
5. Check your account status.
